Alliance française de Kotte conducts French classes for Sri Lanka tourist police [fr]

A group of twenty officers from the Sri Lanka Tourist Police have just completed a language course at the Alliance Française de Kotte in Colombo.

The training, provided by a teacher proficient in French, English and Sinhalese, has been developed to closely match the needs of these officers who are in regular contact with French-speaking visitors.

The number of francophone tourists is increasing year by year on the island and a second group of police officers is expected to be formed soon.
