Call for participation to Good France/Goût de France 2019 [fr]

Restaurants, hotels and chefs in Sri Lanka and the Maldives are invited to register for the fifth edition of Good France/Goût de France, taking place in March 2019!


On 21 March 2019, chefs from around the world will work to create a French-style dinner, based around socially responsible cuisine.

It will be a demonstration of cuisine which is firmly rooted in its time and is sensitive to the needs of today: respecting our planet and healthy eating. Visitors from France and abroad will be able to sample tasty food which showcases not only local farmers and produce, but also socially responsible cuisine focusing on environmental protection.
Participating restaurants will have to propose online a menu to an international committee of chefs. Menus and prices are managed directly by participating restaurants.

No special conditions or fee are required to participate, restaurants only have to propose a specific menu for March 21st - a menu that showcases French gastronomy, a cuisine using fresh and seasonal regional produce.

Register on by proposing a menu showcasing French gastronomy before 15 February 2019.
