Job offer - Administrator assistant to the principal of the French International School of Colombo
The International French School in Colombo is recruiting a responsible for the administrative coordination and partnerships.
Half-time position, with flexible working schedule, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
To be filled as soon as possible.
Main duties and responsibilities
Under the authority of the school principal, the administrator will ensure:
The management of the human and financial resources of the establishment as well as the general logistics and maintenance team of the buildings.
Supervision of the secretariat: registrations, management of schedules, scholarship files and various administrative follow-up.
Relations with external suppliers and services providers (canteen, maintenance, works).
The development and monitoring of internal and external communication efforts: information to parents, school’s promotion, especially with foreign delegations; followed by the school’s website and Facebook page.
The project management of the school’s relocation.
Qualifications and experience required
A diploma from a recognized institution in the corresponding academic fields (management, finance, human resources).
Experience in an administrative and / or managerial position.
Knowledge of French institutions.
Good command of French, oral and written.
Fluency in oral and written English.
Good computer skills (MS Office and Windows)
Able to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills, respect of deadlines; initiative and strong ability to work in a multicultural team.
